Born in Paris, Kevin began his career as a bartender before moving to the United States, where he earned a degree in Hospitality Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

 

With extensive experience, Kevin has managed bars in Manhattan, helped establish and set up bars in Sri Lanka, and served as Bar Manager at Ruth’s Chris Steak House. His expertise and passion for hospitality make him a skilled leader and innovator in the industry.
