His journey began at Afandina Restaurant, his family’s establishment in Sharm El-Sheikh, where he developed a deep passion for food and beverage management while overseeing daily operations in a setting renowned for its blend of desert charm and Red Sea beauty.
Building on this foundation, Mina served as General Manager at Cairo Restaurant in Assiut, Egypt, honing his expertise in operational oversight, team leadership, and customer service. Since relocating to the United States, he has been a pivotal force at City Diner in New Jersey, where he currently serves as Assistant General Manager and Catering Director. In this dual role, he drives operational efficiency, oversees client-centered catering services, and fosters memorable dining experiences.
