My Story
With over 30 years of international hospitality experience, spanning Europe and the United States, I have built a career defined by excellence and passion for the restaurant and bar industry. My journey includes 15 years of operational leadership in the casino hospitality industry, where I honed my expertise in delivering world-class service and managing high-volume establishments.
I had the privilege to perfect my skills in Palm Beach, Florida, working at Cafe Boulud, own by Daniel Boulud a Michelin-style restaurant recognized and one of the top ten restaurants in the world by the International Herald Tribune. This experience refined my commitment to culinary excellence and elevated guest experiences, qualities that I carry into every aspect of my work.
Currently, I am based in New York City, the capital of the hospitality industry, where I take pride in contributing to a vibrant and dynamic dining culture. Speaking three languages, I bring a global perspective to my work and a deep understanding of diverse guest needs and expectations.
